The National Aboriginal Diabetes Association (NADA), in partnership with Southern Ontario Aboriginal Diabetes Initiative (SOADI) is hosting a Youth Summit and 10th Annual Diabetes Conference in Niagara Falls, Ontario from October 9th – 12th, 2012.
